@Monika,Ansh I definitely see some gloss there. I would use clear or a similar red toned gloss on top.
M.A.C Russian Red Lip Gloss would go very well.

Hey can I just say I LOVE Russian Red. Like seriously it is HOT. whenever I am having a bad day, I just toss it out and put it on my lips - even on a school day and it is enough to make me happy. But I think it is very heavily pigmented to go on top of lipstick, but I have done that too for a formal event. I love red lipstick!
