In the pages of Filmfare's issue, Shruti Hassan shows us we can wear blue eyeliner, and the best color now is deep cobalt. Apply it on the upper lid, winging out the edges. If that feels like too much, switch to black along the bottom. Keep everything else simple: bare lids, black mascara, and soft lip and cheek colors.
