Sonam Kapoor's L'oreal Shots

Sonam looks awful in the first photograph. Her eyes have BAGS under them. Her make-up looks oily and uneven as well. Awful, just plain awful. I did not expect this from the L'oreal team, especially since renowned photographer Chou Chiang took these pictures. Though, I have to admit she looks stunning in the second picture.

What's your take on the pictures?

I'm reading: Sonam Kapoor's L'oreal ShotsTweet this!

There is a wide difference between the first pic & the one that is used in the advertisement (of Sonam) for this lippie..

Obviously Photoshop has found its way here as well..

The first shot looks like a tacky C grade movie shot.
Your right can't believe L'Oreal could even release such pictures

Tanveer Parmar It's horrendous. They could've made her look so much better!

Shifa Yup, Photoshop plays a huge role in what we see and don't see.

@The Maharani Yup you totally said it. C Grade is what it is. It's plain awful. Sad part is, Sonam Kapoor's such a pretty girl.

I thought she looked really pretty in the first picture. I didn't even notice the bags under her eyes. The second is one of those ones that is shot with frightfully clever angles and lights and makes anyone look amazing.
Isn't it nice to know even celebs like Sonam can look real though? I like ads that look real. I mean I know that there is not a foundation in the world that will make anyone look like the airbrushed models in the ads. Why not stop pretending and give me a more real image?

@Rezia I am not talking about making her look like a different person in the L'oreal shots, but these are the shots that will be used internationally. If they can make Freida and Aishwarya look ethereal then why not Sonam? A little more concealer, and a better outfit would've made her look better. Also, let's not forget that she is a brand ambassadress to a make-up and skin care company which requires you to look your flawless best. Sonam looks tired and unattractive in the first picture. I'm with you on the second picture. It looks amazing, indeed.

just wanted to say that these are shots from behind the scenes of the photoshoot. obviously the final ad will have some photoshopping and airbrushing done on it just like any other ad!
