I agree, clear eyes makes your eyes bright like no other!
I don't think white would suit me but I am looking for a nice matte pink shadow that I *think* might have the same effect on me and can be used for everyday wear (work and such).
Do you have any suggestions for a shadow like that for a nc 37 skin tone? Any brand would work :)

It's not about white eye shadow, it's about brighter eyes using eye drops. Clear Eyes are eye drops that takes the red out of your eyes, and automatically no red = brighter eyes.
On a side not, perfect matte eyeshadow would be M.A.C Malt Eye Shadow. Pinks will not make your eyes brighter. But, navy blue eyeliner would. It makes the whites really white!
