Start with applying a light layer of Chill Eye Shadow all over the lid and running it along the lower lash line. Intensify the white by applying Frozen White Pigment over Chill. Line the lower lashline with Fascinating Eye Kohl. Curl lashes and apply a coat of Plush Black.

im loving the Tinted Lip Conditioner in Petting Pink ~the color is so cute and looks very natural~~ but can u please give me a substitute i can use 4 it in a more affordable brand...i mean that costs less than MAC..thankx sania...great post as usual...
